"The hope is that this will encourage teachers' enthusiasm to continue to improve their competence because there are exciting ways to learn,he continued.

At regional level, each team consisting of 4-6 teachers or prospective teachers work on questions using a format situational judgment test. The questions were made based on the Regulation of the Director General of GTK of the Ministry of Education and Culture 2626 year 2023 about teacher competency models.
Furthermore, The Indonesian level CCG was held at the peak of TPN X followed by 81 teams that have passed the regional level. Starting the semifinal round, The CCG is held in a debate format. “CCG is not looking for winners, but looking for new ideas, fresh, and diverse as educational solutions,” Kata Makki.
Each team gets a charter according to their level of competency. Apart from that, there is feedback so that participants know which competencies they have not yet mastered and which they have mastered. For competencies that they lack mastery, they will receive appropriate training recommendations.
CCG participant from Sinjai: Unlike Competency because it Encourages Discussion
Nurhayati, public high school teacher 3 Sinjai is a CCG participant, expressed his gratitude for participating in this activity. “When participating in CCG, I was actually grateful when I found a mistake. So I still have room to learn, it turns out my weak point is in this part or that part. And what's fun is debating with team members to determine which answer is correct because that's where we get into discussions,” he said.

Nurhayati hopes that there will be another CCG at the Nusantara Educator Gathering next year. The reason, studying at CCG feels different and fun. The CCG questions correspond to the everyday problems he faces at school.
“I have never participated in a teacher event as exciting as CCG. In the beginning, I thought this was a competition but it turned out to be a learning and reflection session, so we know which things we as teachers are doing inappropriately,” concluded Nurhayati.
Apart from CCG, At the peak of TPN X there were two talk shows, an exhibition of student work that could be an inspiration for a profile project, musical performance by Chiki Fawzi, artistic performances from students, and awarding for educators who have successfully implemented the principles of independent learning in their ecosystem.
