PT Paragon Technology and Innovation (ParagonCorp) Fill in one of nine collaboration classes in the series pAs long as it is Archipelago Educators Meeting X (TPN X) on Wednesday (11/10). Just like his name, Collaboration classes bring together companies or donor institutions with educators so that educational collaboration can be established between them.
Comes with class topics “Creating Sustainable Goodness for The Greater Good”, Nelsa Dwi Wahyuni, Senior CSR Officer ParagonCorp, explain, The company focuses on four pillars of CSR, namely education, Women empowerment, health, and environment.
"The biggest portion is education because education is the key to all aspects of our lives. "That's why we have been holding Wardah Inspiring Teachers since 2017," said Nelsa.
Wardah Inspiring Teacher (WIT) is a training program for teachers as a form of appreciation from ParagonCorp. During training, teachers will be accompanied by coaches and WIT alumni from previous years.
So far it has 10.000 more WIT alumni who are still active in sharing good practices on various occasions including at TPN.
"We also invite the wider community to recommend inspirational teachers in their surroundings to take part in this program,” said Nelsa.
This year, WIT registrant 2023 reach 10.000 teacher. With the high enthusiasm of educators for learning, ParagonCorp is committed to continuing to contribute to Indonesian education.

Anggi rizka pustika, one of the WIT alumnus 2019, attend this class session. He said, The impact of WIT training is different from other teacher training.
In the year 2019, he underwent training for almost a year so the training received was very in-depth. This opens up many new opportunities for developing his career as a teacher.
“From there it opened up new things for me. Has an impact on students and other fellow teachers. I was invited as a trainer to various forums to tell how to make learning media,” explained Anggi.
Besides that, after becoming an alumnus, he can become a companion and even a trainer for the next generation of WIT.
“Because after becoming an alumni, I got the opportunity to continue learning by being a study friend, teacher trainer in the next generation of WIT,” concluded Anggi.
