PT Paragon Innovation and Technology (ParagonCorp) together Foundation Learning Teacher (YGB) roll out Onboarding Wardah Inspiring Teacher (WIT) 2024 which is followed by 6000 teacher from all corners of the archipelago. Orientation held on Wednesday (12/09) regularly daring This begins the learning process for teachers for the next four months in the WIT program 2024.
Lina Wijayanti, alumnus WIT 2023 who is also a content creator on Instagram with followers 100 thousand more, present as a resource person to provide support to participants. He appreciated the WIT program which provides teacher scholarship programs to study.
“There are many challenges as a teacher, This year is just the same as last year. The science is bound to change, We can't just rely on the knowledge we had during college, or own experience, that can't be,” said Lina.
“Nah, Sir/Madam here already holds the key to the journey to get the treasure, the learning that we need as teachers but previously we couldn't get the knowledge in lectures. So congratulations once again to those of you who have been selected here from 18000 plus plus registrants. It's just a matter of how to maximize it,he continued.

The treasure that Lina refers to is all the WIT study sessions 2023 and also some additional classes. He admitted that he was surprised when there was an announcement of additional classes which he thought were interesting and that he really needed. Some of the classes Lina mentioned were energy management for teachers, building a community with parents, and facilitation strategies.
“Here I feel like I've been slapped, because as a teacher I sometimes put aside my own feelings, family, child, colleague. And the psychology taught in this energy management class made me know what to do. On each surprise this material is always there AHA moment,said Lina.
Lina also delivered, There are at least three positive things he got after joining WIT 2023, namely a change in mindset to become a teacher who supports students, get a wider connection which becomes the beginning of collaboration, and the opportunity to develop a protean career.
Rizqy Rahmat Hani, chairman of the Independent Leaders Campus, WIT implementing unit 2024, explain, This program will be ongoing with four stages. The four stages are: (1) change himself, (2) change the class, (3) change class activities, and (4) impact on the surroundings.
Each stage will support teachers to become inspirational figures for the education ecosystem. Therefore, at the first level, one of the materials is creating inspiring content after receiving material about being proud to be a teacher and training for independent learning teachers.
“When friends are proud to be teachers, frequent reflection, which we believe will be shared with other friends, will be able to inspire, so it's not just for himself,"explained Rizqy.

“Before it impacts the ecosystem, must be able to change himself, proud of his profession, become empowered, then start empowering the class, new to the vast ecosystem,” concluded Rizqy, reiterating his emphasis on inspiring teachers.
For your information, at the end of each WIT stage 2024 There will be an assessment to determine whether the participant passes to the next stage. From 6000 teacher who follows onboarding will be filtered 3000 teachers become official WIT participants 2024 and entitled to follow the first level.
