Melawi Regent Wins "Mohammad Syafei Awards"

The Regent of Melawi was represented by the Secretary to receive an award at the Peak of the Nusantara XI Educators.

Dadi Sunarya Usfa walks, Regent of Melawi Regency, win the prestigious award "Mohammad Syafei Awards" from the Learning Teacher Foundation, which was submitted at the peak of the Nusantara Educator's Meeting (TPN) XI at the Jakarta Bloc Post on Saturday (2/11).

This award is a recognition of leaders in education management, good at school level, foundation, as well as regions that choose the path of driving for changes in education through various efforts to realize learning in favor of children.

Efforts made by Dadi Sunarya include collaborating with the Archipelago Learning Teacher Community (KGBN) Melawi to improve teacher competencies through the Gathering of Nusantara XI educators in their regions.

"We realize that building an educational ecosystem cannot be alone. Collaboration between all parties is very important. The quality of education is not just the responsibility of one party but the shared responsibility of the entire educational stakeholder,"Explained Dadi Sunarya.

He highlighted the important role of parents, teacher, education staff, community, professional organization, and related agencies that jointly support the transformation of education in their area.

Because of that, He welcomed the KGBN Melawi initiative in moving the TPN in his area, especially after seeing the positive impact on improving the quality of the educational ecosystem in Melawi.

"In the future we will continue to assist this program through the Regency APBD. This collaboration work is very important for us to be able to get more benefits for education in our area,"The word is sunshine.

Appreciation is given to a capable leader

Mom Basyaiban, Chief TPN, expressed his appreciation to all the recipients of the "Mohammad Syafei Awards" award for being committed to being a powerful leader, namely leaders who are looking for ways to achieve their goals; improvement of the quality of education in the midst of many challenges.

"Appreciating the regional head of the award recipient because it is aware that the challenges in education must be faced together with collaboration. Mr/Mrs take a role in their respective regional TPN, means wanting to listen, Believe and support teachers for #follow -up learning,"Said Maman.

Maman added that the Mohammad Syafei Awards award was not only a form of recognition, but also an invitation for other educational leaders to play an active role in supporting teachers and building an inclusive educational ecosystem.

The peak event of TPN XI at the Jakarta Bloc Post succeeded in bringing together thousands of educational educators and stakeholders from various regions of Indonesia. Through agendas like the debate class, educator class, and driving class, The participants had the opportunity to share inspiration, deepen knowledge, and practicing a powerful leadership.
