Through this experience, Andi stressed the importance of self -reflection for the teacher. Teachers who reflect so know their learning needs so that they can create an environment that is more supportive and comfortable for students.
“I decided to turn into a friendly teacher, which is more patient and listening. The results were seen, More and more students are open and even dare to pour out their feelings,"Andi continued.
Only Laely: The teacher needs to embrace the victim or the perpetrator Bullying
